Saturday stroll...

Hey Jack, look- that's Goat Island way off in the distance...
I wonder if there are still any goats there?

Mmmmm, probably just a few cranky Old Goats, ha-roo roo,
(that's a human joke, Moo!)

Mom parked by this deck - doesn't it look like it would be a blast to do zoomies here? Unfortunately, our leashes stayed firmly attached, no zoomies.

Looking back as we passed the deck. I wonder how the fishing is today?

Woozers, check out the view from this backyard!
Mom says they have a front-row seat for sunsets.

The fall gardens are lovely:

Pretty doorway, all spiced up for fall:

We walked along the bay down to the park by the Goat Island bridge -
woo can see the Newport Harbor Light from here.

On the way back, mom stopped to admire this arbor.
We were admiring the squirrels in the trees.

Mom's says this is her favorite house in Newport.
Their backyard is right on the bay, too.
We were two pooped pups on the ride home...
Mom says "that's the point" but we don't
have any idea what she means.
Hope you go for an adventure in your neighborhood this weekend too.

a-roos to yous, and toodle-woo!

You have the coolest places to walk, Jack and Moo. Bet it would be lots of fun to do zoomies there, but we guess that isn't going to happen, sure wouldn't happen here.

Enjoy your weekend.

Wowzers! What a cool place to walk! Mom was "oohing" and "aahing" over all the pretty views and buildings and water and stuff. Me and Dave think there must have been awesome smells there!!!
And really... sometimes I get the idea the bipeds actually TRY to get us tired. What's up with that?
Play bows,
Zim
PS: I gave you a shout-out today, Jack-a-roo!
