Friday Fotos

Mom used to call Star and Sherman her
dig-a-dug dogs
because of their superior excavation talents.
But Dad brought home a friend of A.Saw's
named "Ground Hog" that turned him into our
dig-a-dug dad!
He started drilling in the front yard, then moved back into our yard.
Mom made us stay inside and out of the way.
A couple days later, we saw what he was up to
out front: He put up this cool archway!
He finished it on Memorial Day:
Mom planted clematis on either side, we'll take a photo when it blooms.
Want to see what he dig to our yard?
Lets go inspect:
Woosers, what a mess!
I snootered around under all these boards &
discovered that dad drilled holes all over our yard!
He took the steps off the deck too. Good thing we can jump high
or we'd have to exclude the deck from our zoomie chases.
Mom promises to add more photos as dad's secret project evolves.

Oh - one last photo- Mom was sooooo excited-
her new Siberian Iris bloomed.
Some of the plants in her new garden are blooming too - today looks like a sunny day, perfect for a few more photos for our next post.

A-roos to yous, & toodle-woo,
Jack a-roo & Miss Moo

PS: I'm feeling much better now that my hurty toofer is gone. Thanks fur all your well-wishes!

Lucky for you the Dad brought in that digging machine or you would have worn out your diggin feet. Save your feet for the zoomies! Dad's project is taking shape and looks good. Mom loves the pic of the Iris. One of her favorites flowers

Oh that iris is unbelievably gorgeous - we need to get some of those here, wonder if Ciara would leave them in the ground.

Are you getting a new and bigger deck? That's a lot of work your Dad is doing. Mom loves that beautiful archway - the clematis will look awesome climbing up and over. Your Dad is so very talented.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Your dad sure has been busy. I like that automatic hole digging machine. The plywood yard isn't bad either.

What could all those holes be for? We love the trellis!

How much dog was in that hole?

A hurt tooth! I've been away for too long...I'm glad it's not giving you anymore pain.

The arch looks pretty and summery - I can't wait to see how the backyard turns out!

I wonder why Dad didn't ask for your help digging those holes. Maybe he didn't want you to get your paws all dirty!

Love the flower!! That is awesome!!

Wow - we have chased those ground hogs and never knew they could be so useful.

That sure is a fery pwetty flower. My Mumma grows good weeds in our garden, and the grass is nearly too tall for zoomies, so we don't have pwetty fings like that.
Your hu-dad looks like one fery busy guy. All those holes sure would be fun to help with.

Wow! A Siberian Iris! How cool is that?!?!? That's just beautiful!
Isn't it crazy when the bipeds bring in machines like that? I mean... if WE did that diggity-dig thing like that, we'd be in deep kimchee (as they say). But a biped with a machine? That's just fine! I don't get that!!!

Dear Jack-A-roo --- Your mum's iris is gorgeous! And what a nice new archway woo have! I am wondering about the project in the back yard. My first thought was holes for fence uprights, but that can't be right so close to your house. I hope it is something wonderful for woo all to enjoy together!

Hugs,
Elyse
