Monday Movie: A Memorial

A-roos to yous all,

Mom finally finished a little video tribute to Star, and let me tell woo, she musta gone through a box and a half of tissues while she went through old pictures. Good think I stayed close by for hugs, what in the world would she do without me here?
I'm going to let mom blog a few words...

Thank you everyone for the messages you left, we are deeply touched.

It was one of those "happy-sad" times, looking at almost 13 years of photos of Star as she shared life with 2 boys, 3 feline + 3 canine companions, and us. I would love to have included them all! Bear in mind that she hated having her picture taken - she'd turn around or look away, but a few times, she seemed to "strike a pose", and stare at me, as if to say "Better get that camera out & click fast, cause I'm not going to sit here like this for long!" So, here are a few of the best ones that reflect her gracious character, striking beauty, and, her silly side. We miss her terribly, but we are so grateful for the blessing of having her in our lives for so many years. She will shine in our hearts forever.

And I'm wooing a thank woo to Mr. Phred! The flowers are beawootiful, and Mom put the stones and shells Star & I found on our last beach walk into the vase:

In memory of Star

Have a good Monday, and a great week,
Jack a-roo, Pat, & JoJoe

A wonderful tribute to a pretty pup that grew up to be a bewoootiful girl.

Star will always be in your heart and if you look up and see two twinkling stars next to each other, you know that it will be Star and Sherman watching over you.

WOW, Mom!

What a Loving Tribute to a Special Pup.
It's obvious she was Loved from day 1;
and returned that Love a hundred-fold.

You photography is stunning;
you ability to stitch together a
very moving story is uncanny;
and you musical taste is 1st-rate.

I'll bet your "Tribute to Star"
gets voted "Movie of the Year" up
there, North of the Rainbow Bridge.

THANKS, on behalf of all the Star-Phans
who Loved her over the years.

{{{Hugs}}} to Pat, JoJoe, Jack, & "The Boys"

With Love,
/s/ Phred

That was beautiful tribute to a beautiful beautiful girl. Mommy is crying all over her puter.

She says its heartbreaking that doggies live such short lives and one day she'll have to bury each and every one of us. (She's crying again at this.)
