The View from the Moo Tues. edition

Good Morning!
I hope everyone had safe 4th of July. We stayed indoor with our peeps, but other peeps in the neighborhood got pretty carried away with those firecracker explosions & what not. Mom said its the first time she's ever watched fireworks right from her own front window!

July 4th is a good food day. We had hot dogs fur lunch, a few bites of steak with our dinner, and watermelon for desert! Yum yum yum!

The peeps were busy cutting old hedges and planting new bushes in our half of the yard. The cool part is that now we can see the sunset a little better. Jack was sitting on the new deck, checking it out.

Hey Moo, come check out the view!
Oh, that's a nice one, Jack! Lets get mom to take us fur a walk...
...and we got an even better view of the sun going down over the bay
... kind of Mother Nature's version of fireworks.

We'll post more about the yard later this week. But fur now, that's it fur the Tuesday edition of the View from the Moo.

PS. In case woo missed it, the five Sibes had a terrific slideshow of Patriotic Pets on Parade on their blog. It includes a pic of US! (And we even won a prize! Thanks, judges!). Take a moment & enjoy all the colorful critters displaying the red-white-and-blue!

It sounds like you had a great fourth! We were happy to have a pretty quiet day because we no longer live next to the war zone that our neighbors in Seattle created.

What a beautiful sunset! Thanks so much for sharing it with us. We kind of miss out on them due to the fact that we are surrounded by trees, so we always love these kind of pictures.
