My SIL's boxer, Petunia, died suddenly Thursday morning. She didn't show any signs of being in distress other than being a little lethargic Wednesday evening, until she became violently ill in the wee hours of the morning. She crossed the Bridge while her mama Cindy was getting ready to take her to the vets. We are so sorry to loose precious Petunia, our hearts go out to Cindy and Petunia's boxer sis Brandi and kitty bro Mokie. There just aren't words to express our heartfelt sorrow over this sadness.

That is so sad. Losing a loved one at this time of the year always seems even sadder than usual. Hugs to your sister-in-law and family. Petunia was a beautiful girl.

oh my dog! i'm so sorry. what an awful experience. i almost hate to ask, but do they know why? i ask out of learning for dog owners like myself. because it was so sudden.
