Some of woo asked what's in the hole. The answer is this: Nothing yet, really. Star made basins for mud puddles. Star's plan worked brilliantly. After a few days of rain, she had two lovely puddles of mud for lounging in.
Which leads to this:
Muddy fur! Does she care? Nope, she'd be just as happy if the darn meddling bipeds left her alone outside. Biped mom wasn't so thrilled, so Star got hosed off before she was allowed back in the house. (She's staying on the grass now)
Me? I prefer to find a dry spot and make myself useful - doing something like holding up the fence. I do it because I care.

She is a dollbaby and one STRONG girl. Plus, she does that puppy play thing of taking an arm or hand in her mouth and tugging on clothes...sleeves especially. :-)
Jack, woo has the right idea! I don't care to get dirty, much less get wet! And I think holding up the fence was brilliant!! I hope Star has changed her muddy ways!!

Woo go, Jack! Holding up the fence is very necessary. And dear Star, woo are even beautiful when you're muddy. Next time woo are muddy, call me and I will come and give you some hugs before woo get a bath.

Thunder would make a great companion for Star - he LOVES mud!!!! Phantom hates water, won't go out in the rain, walks around puddles.
But then too, Thunder is great for holding up walls too.

We have the whole mix as well, but love Star's mudbath!
Humans pay lots of money for spa services but yet yet get upset when we take a free mud bath!
