Here comes trouble!

WHAT?
Did woo see what mom titled this, Jack? What's that supposed to mean? Just cause we freed the tomato plants from their containers and ate that yummy baby lettuce & basil? Harumph!
I told woo not to eat those, Moo.
I told woo she just put them on the deck to
keep them away from the rabbits.
Woo never listen to me, do woo.
Moo, are woo listening?
Moo....
MOO?

Happy weekend!

Monday's View from the Moo...

Good Moo-rning everyone!
Did woo all have a nice weekend? Perhaps some Easter chicks or bunnies to eat? No?
Well, our pawrents didn't give us any chicks or delicious baby bunnies, either.
BUT we did get a nice walk at the Windmill park!
It looked a little different....brighter than usual.
Hey Jack, is it just me, or do these bushes look like butter?

The duckies were all out - we put our paws on the stone wall and woo'd some greetings... and they all swam away. (Ducks are rather rude.)
...but these big white ducks swam closer - and look!
They're doing a double duck dunk!
We did the usual...sniff along the stream, sniff the gardens, sniff the stone walls, sniff the grass, sniff the barn, sniff the compost, sniff the ..... well , woo get the picture!
(and mom got lots of "headless dog" shots.)

And of course, the "tied to the windmill" shots so she can see us from the front -side!
Ever get the feeling you're being watched?
A-ha! We see woo!
These gulls were keeping a bird's eye view on us!
And that about wraps up this week's View from the Moo!

Easter!

"Christ our Lord is risen today, Alleluia!
Sons of men and angels say, Alleluia!
Raise your joys and triumphs high, Alleluia!
Sing ye heavens, and earth reply, Alleluia!"

Wishing woo Easter Blessings!

Friday Fotos: Spring!

We agreed to let mom post these pics on our blog.... but we are NOT happy that she didn't take us with her! She said something about us causing "....mass chaos in the barnyard.....
HARUMPH!

Notes from Mom...
This petting zoo is on a small family farm across from the windmill park - its been a busy place lately with all the new lambs & kids! Remember the chicken eating pizza we ran across at the Windmill park? It was an escapee from here! There is also a field full of "Oreo" cows, too!

Pretty little lamb.

The most curious goat in the barnyard!
Loved this little bi-color baby - looks kind of like a Siberian sheep, no?
Another Siberian lamb!
Pretty horns!
Quack want to know: "Are you done with that water yet?"
The curious goat started climbing the fence.....
which seemed to amuse these old goats!
Hope you enjoyed a little trip to the petting zoo this morning! The pups will be back blogging tomorrow!

Wednesday: Wavey Woos

Woos & a-roos!
As promised, here are the pictures from
my birthday trip to the beach!
I love going to the beach!
It was high tide, so we crossed over the rocks instead of walking around them on the sand like usual. Mom laughs, she says we're obviously not labs.....we go out of our way to avoid the water....mostly.
Moo hopped down between waves to check out what washed
into the rocks, I stayed on too of the rocks to snoopervise.
The waves are always so soothing to listen to.
"Hey Jack, look over here -there's a party on the beach"
There were dozens of these little feathered guys along
the edges of the waves....sure looks like they're on their
way to a party, doesn't it?
Woo-hoo! Now they're playing bobbing for .....whatever!
Mom brought home a few souvenirs- she let me pick them out!
We sure are fortunate to be able to go to the beach now & then...thanks fur coming with us!

A-rooso to yous and toodle-woo,

The View From the Moo: DOWN DOG DOGA

Ha-woo everyone!
Monday again, and April Showers are keeping us indoors today, but that's ok cause its time for your weekly View from the Moo!

This week I'll share some insight into the variation on Yoga "Down Dog"... done canine-style, or "Doga: Down Dog". It's more of a group activity, really. And I shall use my brofur Jack for this demonstration....

First, the Face Down
Then, the Chase Down
Followed by the Take Down
...and the Shake Down, a 3-step process:
Step 1
Step 2: the Roll Down--
Notice I'm in the classic "Down Dog" Pawsition...
Step 3...
the Roll Down Release...
This should be followed by a brief
Cool Down
...and then move indoors for the final pawsition:
Savasana, or Dead Dog Down pose
I think if woo try this out, woo will see how invigorating and refreshing a little Doga can be! And that's this week's View from the Moo!

Sunday wrap up!

A-roos to yous!

Thanks fur all the nice birthday wishes, I had a good time partying with Moo!
I got lots of goodies... and not only was my Pengie collar fixed, the nice lady, Kerry, at Cody's Creations gave me a spare! And see that "spare" tire? Its actually a Kong woo can fill with yummy stuff (yummy stuff is in the background)! We won that from Life with Dogs on fb- pretty cool, huh? Mom figured since my birthday was so close, she'd put it out with the other stuff. I've got my chin on the Jumbones....more yummies! And a big box of some of my favorite crunchy snacks, too - what a great birthday!
It was raining outside, but LOOK AT THIS--
See whom is chasing whom?

Yup, I chased Moo all around! (But I didn't knock her to the ground, cause I'm a nice brofur)
Then we had our Jumbones.....yummy!

All in all, a nice day. Today mom took us walking on the beach - can't wait to show woo those pics - its been a while since we went to the beach! Later, gator!

A-roos to yous,
Jack a-roo
